Yoga Instructor – Radha

Avyaktam Yoga Classes is guided by Radha, a professionally trained yoga instructor with a strong academic background and extensive teaching experience. Her teaching style reflects discipline, compassion, and deep respect for the traditional principles of yoga, combined with a modern understanding of health and wellness.

Radha has completed her secondary and senior secondary education under the CBSE board and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from IGNOU. She further pursued her passion for yoga by completing a Master’s degree in Yoga from Himalayan Garhwal University, strengthening her theoretical and practical understanding of yogic science.

In addition, she has undertaken professional diploma training in yoga and wellness studies, gained certifications in complementary and holistic health practices, and studied nutrition and health education to support balanced and sustainable living. To further enhance her teaching capabilities and educational approach, she is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.

Professional Experience

Radha brings valuable experience from both wellness and educational environments. She has served as a Field Yoga Instructor, where she conducted structured yoga sessions and guided participants through consistent and disciplined practice routines. She has also worked with Dilli Ki Yogshala, teaching large groups on a daily basis and designing yoga programs suitable for different age groups and fitness levels.

Additionally, Radha has worked as a Yoga Teacher at Chandeshwar Public School, Madhubani, Bihar, where she integrated yoga into students’ daily routines. Through her work in schools, she has promoted discipline, focus, physical fitness, and mental well-being among students, helping them develop healthy habits from a young age.
